Join this fitness class and energize your morning! This class incorporates a variety of guided light to moderate impact fitness exercises using bodyweight, free weights, resistance bands and more to develop lean muscle and core stability. A cool down full body stretch is included to improve flexibility and range of motion. Suitable for all fitness levels but participants can expect to be moving frequently from standing to floor throughout the class.

Classes are approximately one hour
long. Please bring water, a yoga mat* and
dress comfortably in clothes that are easy to move in.
*Spare mats are available on a first come, first serve basis.
$50 per hour, up to three people
$35 per half hour, up to three people
